Emma: “I had to be about 10 or 11 when we first started filming, and..”  Amanda (make-up artist): “I remember getting an emergency phone call that you had lost a front tooth.”  Emma: “Yeah it was one of these very very front teeth, and I had to wear a kind of uhm?”  Amanda: “A piece for the tooth.”  Emma: “Yeah! How embarrassing is that?”
